What should I do when one of my earbuds can’t pair with another one?

Solution I:

Long press the touch area of the no sound earbud and the blue light will flash then go out which means the connection is completed.

Solution II:

1.Long press the touch area of both earbuds until the indicator goes out to turn them off and then return them to case.

2.Delete/Forget the X16 from the bluetooth connection list of your phone.

3.Take out the earbuds and turn on the bluetooth on your phone to rediscover the X16 and tell us it again.

Why one of my earbuds can’t be charged or turned on?

Please make sure the protective film at the bottom of the earbud has been peeled off, if it still can’t be charged, just tell us to get a new one.

Why the volume of the one is obviously lower than the other one?

There may be some malfunction in the speaker of the earbuds, just tell us to get a new pair.
