How to connect the monitor to your device?

1. For devices with Thunderbolt 3/4 or Full-featured USB-C Port, all you need is just one original USB-C to USB-C cable both for video and power.

2. If there is a (mini)DP port on your device, a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter is required in addition.

3. If there is an HDMI port on your device, please use the HDMI cable for video transmission. And please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for power supply.

4. When connecting to an iPhone, extra lightning to HDMI adapter is required. For Android phones, only Samsung S and Note series are compatible with monitors. Others like the Samsung A series, LG, and Google Pixel are not compatible.

5. When connecting to a Nintendo switch, please plug the switch’s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.

Anti-Glare Screen

A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display.

If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free. You can also search “USB-C cable 4k video” on Amazon to find the correct USB-C video&charging cable.

Q2: Is it a touchscreen monitor?

A2: No, it’s a non-touch monitor.

Q3: What if my laptop doesn’t have a USB-C or HDMI port? (e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

A3: Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter.

Q4: What should I do if my monitor flickers?

A4: Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Q5: Does my iPhone work with the monitor by the Apple charging cable?

A5: No, it doesn’t work. If you want to connect the monitor to your iPhone, you will need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter.

Q6: My Android phone/tablet has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
