Troubleshootings:

1. How to set up the watch?

Please download and install the free app “InxFit”, then bind the watch with your phone in the app. Once connected, the time of the watch will be syncronized automatically, and you can set up your watch in the app.

2. How to receive call/message notifications?

The watch will sync the notifications from your phone’s notification bar, so firstly make sure the notifications you need can display normally in your phone’s notification bar, then make sure the setting in the app “InxFit” is correct for each feature, and the app is allowed to run in the background. If still no use, you can try to unbind the watch from the app, then bind it again, or uninstall the “InxFit” app, then instll it again and bind the watch.

3. How to power on the watch?

The watch will automatically turn on after charging a while . If not, please make sure the charging pins are clean, or try different charging ports or cables.

Tip: When you receive the smart watch, please read the user’s manual first, then to set up your watch. It can help you use the watch easily and correctly.
