Q1: Why is only one screen works and the other is not?

Make sure you connect the port correctly. For USB-C port connection, both ports on your laptop and monitor should be full-featured USB-C(USB-C 3.2/4.0)ports, check the sign on it. And for HDMI port connection, you must use 2 cables to connect.( one HDMI for video transmission and one USB-A cable for power supply).

Q2: Some people say that this monitor size doesn’t fit their laptop, in what way can I make the right choice?

Firstly, please measure the laptop size instead of the screen size before order. The compatible laptop size is: Width: 10.3-14.76 inch, Depth: ≥7.48 inch, Thickness: ≤0.33 inch. If one of the side didn’t match this, choose to order other model from us by comparing its specification from this listing.

Secondly, to make it stable we suggest to put it on a flat table to use. The back holder can be adjust to hold the whole structure tightly and stably. Please don’t put it on your knee.

Thirdly, check the port on your laptops. If it has 2 USB-C/HDMI ports, you can directly connect by the cable included in the box. If your device has other video transmission ports like Display port, mini Display, USB-A or other port, an extra adapter/converter could help in most occasions. Q3: Is this setup compatible with the MacBook?

This Fopo monitor supports MacOS while MacBook with M1/M2 chip are not compatible.
