They feature a 2-way design with a JET folded ribbon tweeter and a 5.25″ compound curvature aluminum cone woofer. The speakers accept up to 150W of power from your amplifier and have a 46 Hz to 30 kHz frequency response. A large diameter voice coil and over-sized vented pole piece magnet combine to give remarkable bass dynamics and a rich powerful performance. The compound curvature cone has been developed to control the cone breakup and move it well beyond the operating range of the woofer.

To match the capabilities of the JET tweeter and give a seamless transition from the woofer to the JET tweeter, the compound curvature cone has been developed to control the cone breakup and move it well beyond the operating range of the woofer. A large diameter voice coil and over-sized vented pole piece magnet combine to give remarkable bass dynamics and a rich powerful performance.

Downward Firing Port

For a more flexible speaker placement and to minimize ventilation noise, the bass reflex port on the Carina series is directed to the floor, exiting the bottom of the speaker cabinet in a down-firing configuration.

Each stand comes with a selection of top plates with hole patterns to match the chosen speaker, allowing it to be securely fixed to the stand.

Stability

The stand itself is constructed from an aluminum center column with a steel top plate and a substantial 3/8” thick steel base plate. The mass of the base plate adds extra stability to the stand.

Customizable Damping

The center column is fillable with your choice of material to add further mass and damping to the stand. The stand comes equipped with spikes and discs allowing use on either carpet or solid floors.
