HOW TO USE INSERTS

No.BVP-31

For 1/4″, 5/16″and 3/8″O.D.

1.For 1/4″ O.D. tube use inserts 1&2:

2.For 5/16″ O.D. tube use insert No.2.

3.For. 3/8″ 0.D. tube leave out inserts1&2.

EASY TO INSTALL

NOTE:Before installing valve, make sure that the special compound seal O” ring is in position.

1. Position both halves of valve on the tube with the proper insert.

2. Install the three socket head screws and tighten evenly.

3. To pierce line, tighten valve stem clockwise with hex wrench.

INSTALLATION TIPS:The package includes an instruction manual.If you are not sure how to install it, you can learn from the online video.
