(2) Verify the Type-C port: If you are connecting the laptop monitor extender with the Type-C port, confirm that the Type-C port on your laptop is full-featured, meaning it can transmit both power and video signals. (3) Use recommended cables: It is advisable to use the cables provided with the product for connection. If you have to use alternative cables, ensure that they are capable of transmitting both video and power signals.
