The skipping is likely caused by a wi-fi modem in your house. We recommend maximizing the distance between the modem and Audio Fox transmitter.

Can I buy an Audio Fox now and purchase additional speakers later?

Yes. The transmitter and receiver are paired at the factory however, so the original product must be sent back to be paired with the additional speakers.
