Q2: Can the box support 4K HD video?

Answer: Yes, but please make sure your video source and TV support 4K resolution.

Q3: How can I change the resolution?

Answer: Please turn off the “Auto” function in the resolution, and then you can see the 1080p and 4K options under 720*480p, just change it to the resolution you want. (Make sure your TV is indeed 4K capable)

Q4: Why can’t my remote control be compatible with some apps?
