1. What will happen if the SD card does not meet the requirement?

A fake SD card or a SD card with low quality may not able to handle and store the videos with UHD 4K, so please take it serious when you choose the SD card and do a recording test before a long distance riding.

2. Can I continue and pause recording by pressing the button？

After upgrading the H5 with specific firmware, it is possible to pause and record by pressing the button. If you need the firmware, please click”INNOVV TECH” to start the conversation.

3. What kind of video resolution are supported by INNOVV H5?

INNOVV H5 support the resolution of 4K@30FPS, 2.7K@60FPS, 2.7K@30FPS,1080P@60FPS,1080P@30FPS,720P@60FPS.

Meanwhile, the 2.7K@60FPS, 1080P@60FPS and 720P@60FPS support slow motion.

4.How can I switch the battery into power interface?
