We’ve used this camera a few times by now and really like it. It’s easy to use, versatile, and fits our needs perfectly. I’m still testing the wifi range and will report back with any concerns. Regardless, with the self-timer we can easily work around any challenge without difficulty.

Very good camera. Takes very clear pictures. You will need a special, thin tripod. I used my regular camera tripod and you could see it in the picture. Very good camera for the money.

Excellent 360 pictures, best in its class. However there are drawbacks: wifi is not strong enough and I wish there were protective replaceable outer lenses. Sooner or later outer lenses will get scratched and even small ones leave spots on the picture. Also app is not available for Android 7.0 and lower.

So this is the 2nd time I’ve had to order this camera. The first one I had to send back. I’m paring it the camera to my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The camera absolutely refuses to connect or stay connected to my phone. I can’t even get it to connect to my macbook. I’m waiting on a tier 2 tech support employee to call me back. This is really disappointing for a $300 device.

I like how this model has the battery level on the display. Its a helpful indicator rather than just the power light changing from green to yellow-green to red like the previous Ricoh Theta V. I got the beige color and it is beautiful.

Image quality is garbage for this price point, and add to it clunky transfer software.
9 out of 10 times, it won’t connect to an Android phone (Pixel 7 Pro) for image viewing/transfer. Works fine with an iPad pro (12″ 2021 model)
