2. Why is the sound on my PC/laptop/mobile phone turned up to maximum, but the sound on my monitor is not loud enough?

You need to adjust the volume of the monitor. Press the menu key up to quickly enter the volume adjustment page.

What should I know before buying this monitor?

1. Phones without full-featured Type-C port need an adapter to connect.

2. Laptops without full-featured Type-C port need connected via HDMI & USB C to USB A cable.

3. Not suppot bluetooth, wireless and WIFI connection. No battery. Not touchscreen.

What is each cable used for?

1. USB C to USB A cable, only for power supply.

2. USB C to USB C cable, for power supply & video output.

3. MINI HDMI to HDMI cable, only for video output.

Note: For HDMI connection, pls use USB C to USB A cable to power up the monitor.

What should I do if my monitor flickers?

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

How to connect Miktver monitor with my iPhone?

About the iPhone connection, you need the “Lightning to HDMI Adapter”-Not Included.

And your iPhone and Miktver monitor both need a external power supply.
