How to install this camera to PC?

1- Power the camera on and fixed the Antenna; 2- Connect the USB signal receiver to the PC ; 3- Open the software that you gonna use, then choose the camera. Notice: the USB port DOES NOT functioning.

Is it a camera can connect to WiFi from the router ?

This is different to the WiFi camera like CCTV cam, this camera doesn’t support connect to the Wifi from router.

Does the camera support One-key rotation?

Depends on PTZ Camera version, as long as there is a one-key flip button, it can be achieved.

If there are no one-key flip button, it can be controlled by other software also, such as Amcap.

There are some possibilities, e.g, 1- the device is being used by some other software. 2- Change another USB port of the PC because of the power supply issue. C. 3- Use another PC

Do i need to use external power supply

We would suggest using external power supply.
