Installation Steps 1. Pull out the flapper door to expose the lower chain. 2. Insert the supplied Allen wrench (3/16″) into the shaft of the lower chain. 3.Adjust the height by turning the hex wrench clockwise (down) or counterclockwise (up) 4. After adjusting the door, insert the fasteners provided 5. Use pliers to hold the fastener in the gap between the hinge frame and the lower hinge 6.The number of fasteners you need to insert depends on the size of the gap
