Wi-Fi Connection Troubleshooting

Make sure the camera is powered on and the correct wifi was connected.
Make sure the distance between the camera and phone is within 10~16 ft.
The camera wifi won’t provide internet, so your cellphone always tries to switch to a network with internet. If prompted “Stay connected to this network without internet?”, just click “Yes” and everything will be OK!
If the problem still persists, Turn Off cellular data and other internet connections on your phone and reconnect.

My WiFi App doesn’t connect

1. Make sure the camera is powered on and the correct wifi was connected. And the distance between the camera and your phone is within 10~16 ft.

2. Turn Off cellular data and other internet connections on your phone if the problem still persists.

My camera couldn’t charge

Make sure the input voltage never exceeds 5V and the current needs to be 2A or above for the USB power source.

Forgot my WiFi password

Contact the seller to get the reset file if it encounters an error when setting the SSID and password.

My camera gets very hot, is this normal?

It is common for the camera to be hot to the touch. The camera body acts as a heat sink for the processor, allowing heat from the internal parts to escape from within. It is designed to maintain good operating over a temperature range of 14℉ to 140℉.

No sound when playing videos

Please try to change other third-party players (such as VLC media player, potplayer, KMPplayer, etc) instead of the default player that comes with the system (such as Windows media player).
